SHIPPING 
We ship fast! Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and in most cases via 2 day USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking and estimated delivery as soon as your package is on the way. 

Please note that during high volume times, such as holidays and sales, it may take 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped.

ORDER ISSUES 
As hard as we try, occasionally the wrong size, scent, or product may find its way into your package. Real (and really kind) people pack your orders and sometimes we have an "oops" moment. Don't fret! Please reach out to us at hello@littleseedfarm.com with your Order Number within 7 days of receipt and we'll make sure the right products are on their way to your doorstep ASAP. 

DAMAGED ITEMS
If a product arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo along with your order number to hello@littleseedfarm.com and we will be happy to send a replacement. A photo is required so we can file an insurance claim.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Due to the hand-crafted and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of the original Order date. Please email hello@littleseedfarm.com for Return instructions.

We do offer minis and samples of many of our products, so please give them a try before investing in a larger size.
